Terms & Conditions
Resident membership plans are annual contracts covering Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. Charges for the selected plan will be automated deducted from your payment method on file. Plans are valid monthly, with balances expiring at the end of each month and non-refundable. Plans auto-replenish at the start of each month based on your selection. Unless a new plan is chosen before the first day of the next billing cycle, students will be automatically re-enrolled in the same plan.
City Social plans are non-transferable. Only the person shown on the Student ID card (the cardholder) can use it for services or products from the associated accounts. Guests must be accompanied by a plan holder. The cardholder may need to sign a receipt for goods received. Sharing the ID card with others to access goods and services is prohibited.
Meal plans are valid only at City Social and select participating locations. This plan is not affiliated with the University.
Cancellations are not permitted after subscribing to the membership, except in cases of withdrawal from the University or Student housing at the Standard, with written documentation. A prorated refund will be issued based on the number of days remaining in the month of cancellation. Non- participation in the plan does not release a student from their contract.
By signing up for a plan, the student agrees to comply with the contract’s terms and conditions and all student housing rules and regulations. If the student is under 18, the contract also serves as an agreement between City Social and the student’s parent or guardian. If a student is under the legal drinking age of 21, alcoholic beverages are not permitted in accordance to the law.
City Social reserves the right to change the “Plan Contract”, services or applicable rates during the contract term with 30 days’ notice.
City Social reserves the right to have select blockout dates preventing members from accessing some or all facilities during private events, holidays, maintenance or some other unforeseen circumstance.
